The full recruitment service aims to save you management time and thus money by allowing us to run the whole recruitment process. You are informed at every key stage of the process and can be involved as much or as little as you wish to be.
Each recruitment commission is different but the typical sequence of events is as follows:
- The client school confirms acceptance of our fees and terms of conditions.
- The client school completes an employer background, job description and terms of employment questionnaire.
- CVs from our own database and other sources are sent to you and an interview shortlist is agreed.
- Interviews take place and full reports are sent to you by email, together with written references. You are more than welcome to join the interviews. These interviews are held on a global basis by our network of recruitment consultants.
- Based upon our reports and the references, the candidates to whom job offers will be made are agreed. You can of course make telephone contact with the candidates at this point.
- Job offers are made and contractual arrangements are put into place.
